Something strange is going on at this post office. I have had 2 packages disappear never to be seen again after they were last scanned at this location. I am still waiting for either an update, delivery, return to sender, or for enough days to go by so I can submit a claim on my missing package. I tried to get assistance by going online and submitting a Where is My Missing Package? inquiry but after less than 24 hours, and without any personal notification, the case was closed, yet my tracking still states that the package is on the way and running late! No one answered the phone at this location either. Do yourself a favor and mail your items to the next town over for pick up. The Postmaster needs to look into possible mail theft at this location. How does a large package make it through every other place along the way and just disappear after it arrives at this location? Something just doesn't add up.
