Sharleen or whatever she said her name was wasn’t very helpful when I called to ask information regarding my priority express package that has sat there several days. I was just wanting to know if delivered on sundays or when could I pick up. She was very rude and showed her attitude. I only asked two questions and both answers were said to me as if I was a dumba#* who shouldn’t have called, yet she had to ask a co worker pertaining to my questions. I’ll also add that this wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues. USPS located on Martha Berry in Rome. I will no longer do business with that’s for sure. And I’ll suggest using a different carrier to everyone to keep them from dealing with the A-Z list of bs.

I live at 9 Rosemont Dr SE, Rome, Ga 30161 and am very, very disappointed that my mail is delivered at the end of the day. There have been times when my mail has been delivered after 7 pm. Since the Rome News is now being delivered by the postal service I have not been happy with this at all.
