The service of the staff at the Jasper GA office is hapless, deplorable,lazy, incompetent and damn lucky to have an f'ng government job where they don't have to be accountable for anything!!! I live in a location where there is a mail facility that your workers use to distribute mail for our community. They have NO set hours; So my question is How the Hell are we supposed to get our packages??? My wife took off a half day today to pick up 10 packages. As of 1pm, no one was still there. I understand your stated staffing plan etc. . You asses are lucky to work for the govt and not have to work in the real world. Shame you people . . . Shame.
