Usually everything is good, 5 stars. One package delivery not made reason being access to the driveway/house etc was not available. Wrong! Redelivery completed stating on porch or in mailbox. Well not on porch or mailbox. Found package in the ditch next to the mailbox. Seriously?

Post office worker refused to deliver three packages claiming no room in vehicle. It has never happened before in the years we’ve lived here. So I went to the post office today to pick up my packages. Then we received notification that a much smaller package (weighing 7.5 oz) could not be delivered with remarks, “attempted but not delivered due to driveway being inaccessible”… a total lie! We were here at 3:09 pm when the employee claims to have attempted delivery! Our driveway was NOT blocked. You have an employee unwilling to do their job and should be written up! The lady at the counter was very solicitous (she has no influence over the situation). I rate the post office 5 stars and the delivery person 1 star.
