Package department is a complete mess. Tracking says my package has been there since 15 March, it's now the end of June. I've received the replacement item, but the original is unaccounted for. The clerk in the package area took my address and the tracking number, said she would check with the carrier and get back to me, but never asked for a phone number or other way to contact me. Every time I have been in there, the package line has been wrapped around the counter twice. I stood in line for 45 minutes one day, and I saw one out of 15 people actually leave with the package they came for. I'm going out of town next month, and I'm scared to put a hold on my mail, because I may never get it. I'd rather give my mailbox key to a neighbor. I've never seen a post office with such bad service before, even in the military in a deployed location. This place is a complete joke. Can I do less than one star????

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I had a hold of my USPS pieces while out of town. The mail, not the packages, delivered upon the date requested. I got absolutely NO pieces of paper to notify me that I had packages, I only knew 2 orders I placed never arrived. On the USPS website I saw that both packages were being held at the local WESLEY CHAPEL post office. Where there is no Wesley Chapel post office. Why wouldn’t it share an address? Why wasn’t there a paper notification that these packages were being held and WHERE they were being held. These items were EXPENSIVE and I need them. Come on USPS, do a better job!!

I just received a letter stating that my COA request will not activate because USPS requires identity verification. When I visited the Zephyrhills Post Office to turn in my change of address form, I showed my drivers license to the gentleman behind the counter. Do you need more information than my pictured drivers license? When will I start getting my forwarded mail. I also went on line. Check confirmation code 2412-1900-0043-8660. Just very upset that I made a special trip to the post office to show my license so I wouldn't have to go online.

I am Canadian and live in Zephyrhills in the winter months. I submitted a mail forward form to your office in person a month before I left to return to Canada to redirect my mail. A neighbour that has checked my box says that there is a card there saying that the zip code is invalid. We use a six digit postal in Canada and it is not recognizing it although the gentleman thoroughly looked over the form and I have been doing this same thing for years. How can we fix this issue now that I am in Canada. I have been unsuccessful in having my phones answered....thank you.
