The postal carrier on our route won't step three feet out of the truck to deliver mail if there is something near, and not blocking, the mailbox. This is just ridiculous, is why Americans send anything important via FedEx, UPS, etc., and is why postal workers' jobs are justifiably at risk when the overdue reorganization/dissolution of the USPS finally happens. By accepting this performance level, the USPS demonstrates every day that it doesn't know or care what customer service is.

I’ll ask that my mail be stopped for one month. After that time my daughter was going to pick it up at my front door which is where they usually leave it after a month. She has been going over to my house every day and my mail is not there. I have been calling both the West Palm Beach post office and the Wellington post office and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I am concerned about my mail and would like to know how to go about getting some type of response thank you
