I have tried to call you guys several times and no one answers the phone. The stupid ass that delivers our mail never does it according to the email I get from you guys. She sucks. Also, tell her to get her teeth fixed. she is too ugly to look at and too fat.

I tracked my package which identified that it was delivered. I checked and no delivery!!! I have called the post office 4x in a 30 minute period and NONE of my calls were answered. Something is wrong with the call answering system. I received the opening greeting then transfer to the operator messages. I hear about 10 rings and then my call goes to a fast busy. This is unacceptable!

I have called and called to reschedule a passport appointment and tried to use the website . which is of no help at all. the thing that really fried me is no one at the location answers the phone and it repeated the office is closed and it was well after the hours of bussiness

I want to find out which Post Office handles handles my mail delivery so I can ask in person why no mail three delivery days in a row. No one answers any phones in the area after repeated calls. Zip is 34491. I have received no mail for three delivery days which is extremely unusual. I have not received mail two days in a row twice in 6 months and never three days in a row. How can I investigate this anomaly? Please advise the area post office I should go to with my inquiry?

This post office drops our mail on the ground right in front of our mailbox. We are both disabled and filled out the required documentation related to this fact. It is against USPS P&P to do so. I have contacted the main office and filed a claim weeks ago. These people won't even answer the phone. I personally have just had another spinal surgery. They expect me to bend to pick mail up that my surgeon requires me not to do. Supposedly, the carrier has knee problems...there is a RAMP right at the mailbox with rails on both sides! Now I'm at consumer affairs cuz this post office is incompetent. If I could drive to speak with them, I would, but wait...I'm unable to drive! Do your job!

Mail was to be held from 12/17/2022 until 1/3/2023. During that time, my neighbor got some of my mail in her box, so she started checking my box. There were 9 items delivered when my mail was to be held. Only 4 pieces of junk mail and 1 card were actually held. If my neighbor hadn’t checked, someone could have stolen my mail.
