I visited this post office on June 25,2025 with the attempt to mail to pre addressed envelopes with bills in them and get a tracking number and had two forever stamps(Hank Aaron) However, there was only one clerk and the line was too long. Against my better judgement, I decided to put them in the mail shut inside the post office. I took a picture of one envelope (at the box to show) to send to an insurance company just to show that it was on the way. Well, on July 2, 2025, the insurance company contacted me to advise that they haven’t received my payment. I know the post office will not take any responsibility because I’m sure they will say I should have waited and got a receipt with a tracking number. I know it won’t matter that a picture was taken at the inside box so I guess my mail is lost. In the past, I’ve had tracking numbers when packages were sent to Miami and things were stolen and all the tracking showed was it had arrived at an Opa Locka station and nothing was ever done with that tracking situation. If I could give this post office a zero, I would!!
