To the man working at this location NAMED MIKE!! YOU ARE THE RUDEDESS JERK If you ever speak to my child like that again I will visit you and we will be in the parking lot handling this like adults!! She simply asked you for directions to the office on 41 which is clearly hidden if you don't know its there, I don't give a rats ass if it's been there 4yrs, If we've never used it how would we know? You obviously do NOT need to be in customer service and higher ups will be notified because this isn't your first complaint. Your JOB is to be helpful PERIOD !!
