Have tried phoning but I've gotten so frustrated with your answering (or really, non-answering) machine. I wanted to "discuss" with a live person my problem with your non-mail delivery of a birthday card I sent to my grandson, Mikey Tyler, who lives at 9420 Cerulean Drive Apt 102 in Riverview, Florida 33578. I mailed it in June, 2025..It was postmarked in San Antonio, Tx Rio Grande District on 24 June 2025 PM 3 L. It was retured to me in New Braunfels, Texas on July 17, 2025 with a yellow sticker which stated "Not deliverable as addressed Unable to Forward" I double-checked the address with my grandson, and it is correct. The letter was correctly addressed, had appropriate amount of postage stamp, a return label, etc... Why was it not delivered. If I get another envelope, use more postage and resend it, what guarantee do I have that your postal carrier will deliver it??? Please help me. I depend on your services to help me keep in contact with my grandson. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.
