I've tried to change mailing address from our Florida address 5431 Palmetto, Florida to our Illinois address. 4275 Coyote Lakes circle, Lake In The Hills, Illinois 60156. Please take care of this. We have not received important mail. I made the request last March, 2024. Yhank you, Leane Bishop

I watched your mail truck drive passed my mail box in front of my house and never stoped. the red flag was up for a mail pick up and was totally ignored. There was an important bill that needed to go out, now it has to wait until monday to get mailed. Ypu want more money for postage but we still get terrible service. NOT FARE!!!!!
