Post office personnel women was extremely rude to me today. The heavy set hispanic clerk women behind the counter should not be working with the public. She was extremely rude, short tempered, obvious hated her position working with the public. I will not provide details because I'm afraid of retaliation against my package I mailed today. But I can tell you I will never go to this branch for any type of service. I have always gone to the trade port office which is very kind, patience and cares about customer service and knows how to talk to customers. The heavy latin women at the South Chase branch needs to find herself a job she enjoys because no amount of training will make her enjoy her position with her attitude.
