Worst experience of my life at the Oldsmar USPS location. We went to have my sons fingerprints done for an overseas job. We got them, sent them off and got a letter from the FBI stating the prints were "low quality" and they could not be used. We called the Oldsmar location and Gina said it was no problem - just bring the FBI letter in and they would redo the prints. We were there within 15 minutes and met by Diane, who said Gina was gone for the day (uh, okay). Diane was so rude. She said under no circumstances was she going to redo the prints unless we paid another $50 because her machine did the prints just fine and it wasn't her problem that the FBI rejected them. I've never been so taken aback by such poor customer service and attitude before. Just a side note, I called the Seminole USPS office and they were terrific. Even though they had nothing to do with the transaction, they said they would gladly redo the prints for us, without the fee. Someone should look into all of the bad reviews Oldsmar is getting - mine isn't the only one. Seriously, I'll never spend money at that location again.
