Packages not being delivered saying that my driveway/front door was not accessible. (NOT TRUE) I signed up for the Informed Delivery, but yet the mail does not make it to my mailbox. Last week, we received my neighbors mail, the following day received another neighbor's mail, then last night received mail for someone living in CRESTVIEW. (Street number/name was nothing the same.) When you try to call the number 850-678-2021 - NO ONE ANSWERS - Go in person, and their excuse is that they don't have scheduled routes... guess in their book that makes everything okay???? PLEASE contact me.

I cancelled the mail hold 4 days ago and still no deliveries, even knowing that I have at least 1 package being held there. Have tried calling the Niceville USPS numerous times and nobody seems to answer the phone! Can I get assistance on this please?
