I haven't received mail in 6 days, what is going on?

Have always gotten good service when I go to the physical post office but today I had a key in my neighborhood box to open one of the parcel boxes. I couldn't get it to work. I called the Newberry Post Office and an employee said he'd meet me at the box to assist. He came immediately and opened the box for me! Great service and great customer satisfaction! Thanks USPS!!
