I have put my mail on hold many times and most of the time the pay office delivers mail to my rural mailbox several times while it's on hold. I've tried to call to ask them to honor the hold mail, but it seems they seldom answer the phone. Today I called during business hours and it rang 25 times before I gave up. It's upsetting that my mail piles up in my mailbox and I have to ask my neighbor to constantly check my box. Very poor service by this post office.

My name is Gary Hanff and I live at 7006 Arcadian Ct, Mount Dora FL 32757. For some reason today when I went to pick up my mail I found a notice in my mailbox that said my address is currently vacant and do not place mail in this box - and a handwritten note to "fwd all mail".
