It appears that no one works at this branch because I have tried calling for several days and no one is picking up the phone. I have a renter in my condo in this branch's delivery area, however the HOA committee for my condo does not have a key for the community mailbox, and the branch won't return my calls to tell me specifically which number on the community box is associated with my condo.

Once again a simple hold mail request is too much of a burden for this postal branch. Their reason, my address is not an assigned route so i'm guessing that they use it to punish carriers. I would think that an address one block off Joel Blvd between 5th and 6th streets would be assigned to a specific carrier but not by this postmaster.
