Terrible. Try to call around 3-4pm they will constantly hang up on you. My postal carrier routinely takes packages not the mail which makes me have to try to call the office (they repeatedly hang up) and go down there. I don’t have a problem going there but then you are at the back of the queue (no chance of the service desk being available). Hey USPS, 1990 is calling and says how about a customer service portal that actually allows you to contact someone. I was formerly a postal carrier fan. Now Dejoy can privatize the POS (doesn’t stand for post office) and you guys can achieve the Peter principle somewhere else.
