I was supposed to have a express mail package delivered today between 9 and 1. I have not seen the package anywhere. It needs my signature, and I would really like to see my mail person and get this straightened out. It was my understanding that express mail would get it here overnight. But the lady that sent it to me said the post office could not guarantee that it would be there overnight. So, since we were warned about that possibility, I didn't expect that it would come yesterday. But, they assured Sue Smith - (the sender) that I would get it today. According to your website, I should had my package by 1 at the latest. It arrived at 3:40pm. This is no way to run a railroad. Please pass my annoyance to the proper people.
