The customer service at the Oak Street Kissimmee location is very poor at best. While I can understand opening a few minutes late if staff is busy, the attitude and threat of being removed from the facility for defending my wife was not acceptable. The pen my wife was using to print an address on a package we were mailing ran out of ink. Just prior to being called up I spotted a pen on a counter and handed it to my wife. All she had to do was finish printing to addressees name on the package. The postal representative, Jose Luis, reprimanded us for not being completely prepared and holding up other customers. We mentioned the pen running out of ink and only 30 second to finish writing the last name of the addressee on the package. I mentioned we were his customers and his service was terrible. He retorted that after hours he was my customer. His attitude of superiority, poor customer service and threats to be removed continued. After my wife finished the transaction and we were leaving, I did mention what an asshole, to which he again responded that he would have us removed. My apologies to the Postal Service for using foul language in your facility. His was the poorest customer service I’ve ever received.
