went to this post office this morning and was very upset about the customer service. I tried to call using the local phone number on the website 15 hang ups never got thru, so here I am. First I did not get the clerk's name and was afraid to ask. Second she was sitting on a stool reading a magazine I asked her if I had the correct postage on the letter she threw it on the scale and said yes and went back to her magazine. I waited for her to finish processing it and she didn't so I reached over to the scale and said Ill put it in the box. She told me not to because it has two stamps and she had to process it and so i placed it back on the scale and she went back to her magazine while I stood there. She looked up at me and said is there anything else, so I said no Ill just wait till you process it. She looked at me and said are you saying I can't do my job? I said no but this is an important letter and I want to make sure it gets in the mail. she stamped it THREW it in a bin and looked at me I said Thank you, she said (very sarcastically) right, and went back to her magazine. There are other ways to send mail I am so fed up with the post office in Key Largo. My mother lives here, my sister lives with her and I come down EVERY year to give her a break while she goes to Montana for 6 weeks. My anniversary falls in those six weeks and I was sending an anniversary card (our 36th) to my husband who never complains I do this EVERY year. She (Clerk) was thin with dirty blonde long hair in a side braid on the left side. Do I think she can do her job ? Nope because she didn't until forced to by me. If I could give this PO a zero star rating I would
