I am very upset with my post office which I know most of the employees for the past 9 years and I have never been treated as bad. My problem with a lost package that was sent to my old address, as of March 2022, instead of my new address about 5 doors down. Today, Saturday at around 10:35 am I called and spoke to a female supervisor, I imagine, since the operator who received my call put me on hold to find the supervisor and speaking to her about my case number 41266482....she acted as if she could not hear me as I was calling from home and I have never had any conversation dropped in the past....she finally hung up on me and never attempted to call me back. The mistake for this lost package was the responsibility of the mail currier as I left a change of address in March of this year which is good for 1 year. The package is very important to me and my small business and I do not like being treated the way I have and I am being treated for something that was not my fault. Where is human curtesy and caring about your customers??
