The pros and cons of Coral Gables, Valencia. The pros are having excellent customer service, especially from workers like Marshell, and the most excellent delivery services by Mr Delacruz our mailman. Mail is never late or lost with him delivering. Marshell helped me inside the post office. She is such an efficient, smart and courteous young lady. She clearly knows her job. The same applies for Mr Delacruz who has been delivering our mail for over a year. Finally having a steady mailman who is nice, honest, and always on time efficiently working. The PO needs more people like these two. Hoping Mr Delacrus returns soon because we haven't seen him in two weeks. Thankful for the excellent customer service and to all the workers who are honest and nice. The cons are paying for a PO Box to sustain privacy and avoid mail issues at our apartment. Instead, mail is open and more recently in past few months receiving an open document with personal identity information. Very concerning, and makes you wonder who isn't being honest, and doesn't know the procedure because there is no indication of mail being received this way so clearly it is happening in house. The PO needs to be aware and on top of this. Hopeful that management pays attention to who is sorting and handling the mail. If it keeps happening, then there is no choice to file a complaint. The last two weeks we aren't receiving any mail at home, other than advertisement, and now missing mail. A letter mailed to us over a week ago, and mailed in state, is missing. This is the same problem we dealt with prior to Mr Delacruz and the office manager who delivered before him. We may have to have our mail rerouted if he doesn't return because no other mailman can do his job so accurately and honestly.
