I have called multiple times and have been disconnected each time without getting to speak to anyone. Very poor service. I live at 1025 Riverscape ST. Bradenton 34208. On June 23rd I filed a postal forwarding request to begin on July 9th with mail to be forwarded to P. O. Box 3, Green Harbor, MA 02041. Since then I have received 3 first class letters. However, based upon the wonderful notice system you have, I know of at least three more letters that were supposed to be received 2 weeks ago that have not been delivered as yet. How can I make sure the forward is in place and working? Where is my mail?

Tried to call numerous times just to be hung up on. Put my mail on vacation stop with time/day to be delivered again. 3 days now with no delivery. Very poor service! I’ve lived here all my life and never been disappointed as I am now.
