Why post a phone number if nobody answers it. And yes I’ve called twice in the last 2 days during business hrs

I have visited this branch and the people are friendly and courteous. My complaint is the past 3-4 months our mail has been delivered to someone else in our street box. I continue to get my neighbors mail. Please tell me who I can talk with to file a formal complaint. It really is getting ridiculous. 2083 El Lago Way, Jacksonville, 32224

Date is 5/18/2024. I live at 420 Midway St. In Neptune Beach, Fl 32266. The mail delivered today consisted of five pieces: one was addressed to me. Two were addressed to neighbor on Walnut St. and two addressed to a location of 520 1st. St. I find this highly unusual due to our normal carrier rarely ever making a mistake. Whoever the carrier was today obviously didn't read the addresses they were delivering to.

I have only lived in this area for a few months but, the things I that have happened with the USPS location is incredible!!!! 1. I have a multi unit mailbox which has 16-20 ppl boxes in a grey metal cabinet. This is in a row of 5-6 Cabinets. One day I go to check the mail, and the entire metal cabinet had been replaced and my key did not fit. After calling everyone from the contactor who is paid to change these was all the way to the company in California, nobody knew who did it and mainly, Who has my keys to check my mail!!!! After 2.5 weeks, the clerk at the counter played it off, like it was no big thing and had my new keys!!! What a monkey fest the USPS has become! Now, I have a package delivered which I was given a key in my box to open a bigger box with my package. SURPRISE!! This key will not fit or open any of the boxes. What are these people doing? This is sad because the USPS is requesting a serious amount of money to buy new trucks and equipment! How about you spend some money on training or hire people who actually take pride in there job and not a bunch of lazy people who know that they can not be fired or they will call the (Multi letter protection agency), to threaten a discrimination lawsuit. I will not even talk about the last area I lived in (same city) but across town. This entire area distribution center has lost packages that they admit they received but have no idea where it was??? Again, Local news reported a few times over the years finding a dumpster full of people's mail! Drivers just dump mail and go smoke crack or chasing hoes, instead of doing a job that Taxpayers pay for!
