I went to the Archer Post Office today to submit my application for a passport. It was my first time in Archer’s Post Office and my first time to apply for a passport. I walked in and there was no line. An employee, Dave, kindly welcomed me in and began helping me with the process. Dave was terrific! I needed a little guidance and he was friendly while walking me through the process. Dave was professional and neighborly. As other people came in, another employee was equally friendly and efficient. I wish I had asked him for his name. I’m not a big review writing person but I just had to let someone know how great my experience was at the Archer office. I’ve lived all over the country and have been in many post offices. I have never had such a positive experience. Excellent customer service. Thanks for your help today Dave.
