We pay for a PO Box. We had a mailbox issued by the USPS. It was damaged in August and never replaced. In January, the PO said we had to put our own in, which we are doing. But we PAID to have our mail forwarded to our PO Box for 6 months in the meantime. Instead our mail is being returned to sender. You are committing your own mail fraud.
