Our postal boxes have been vandalized several times over the last few months, and we have been told "the locks were broken" This is the 3-4 time this has happened, and the locks do not get fixed in any timely manner at all! It takes 2-3 weeks. to get anything fixed and we have to drive 12 miles and stand in a line for 1.5 hours or more, only to get someone else's mail. I have witnessed this 2x so far and the clerk is rude most of the time. My wife stood in line for 1:45 minutes the other day and was told abruptly "you do not have any mail" After 2 weeks one would think there would be something, but just rude comments and no mail! This seems totally impossible as we usually get several letters each week, how can there be "no mail" I would assume that they gave it to someone else as I have witnessed 2x so far right well as people in front of me. This post office seems to have an issue with rude comments and then cannot find mail after 2 weeks of being in their building! What has happened to our systems of being responsible, being attentive and the willingness to assist and do a job they get paid for? If anyone could tell me where my mail is I would appreciate it as I cannot understand the way the post office continues to be in business. Maybe that is why they lose millions of dollars every year from poor management, I cannot think of any other reason. Terrible service...

Here we go again, carrier did not pick up outgoing mail again. 1st time #68324303 now today I had to call. The lady I spoke with stated she would be calling out to carrier to pick it up. Is this now meaning I will need to call every time I have mail being sent out?

I've generally received good service at this post office but I must report a recent incident that I find troubling. As part of a recent move to the east coast, I filled out a change of address card at the Temecula post office. I gave the card and my CDL to the clerk. I left assuming my mail would be forwarded. I have since discovered, by virtue of "informed delivery" that this is not the case and I now have some very important mail sitting in a mailbox at the property I left with no way of retrieving it. Very disappointing.
