Always liked the service here. Appreciated our home delivery person, Bob S.-BUT in the very recent days I have mailed several bills to utility companies, etc. and used the "secure" drop box outside the entrance during the day. None of these items were received!! So far, none cashed per my bank. What is going on with safe mailing? Please let me know. I have 7 checks in limbo. Thanks.
