Reached out about a lost package and Elaine Huang could not even help. Reached out on 3/4 and spoke to Tom at 1224 pm and Elaine emailed me at 730 pm to say they are on the case. On 3/5, received an email from Elaine at 810 am saying case was closed. Package not delivered and no help whatsoever and the link she provided did not work to file a lost package claim. Thanks a lot Elaine!
