The master lock to our section of mailboxes was fixed last Thursday, 7/23/26. Prior to that our mail was being held at the Palm Springs main Post Office. I was assured by Daniel at the local PO that once the lock was fixed our held mail would be delivered. To date, none of us have received our held mail which includes the registration for one tenant's car so it is critical she receive the mail that was held over several weeks.

I live at 15792 La Vida Dr Palm Springs 92262 . . .I have lived here for several years and had no problems/issues with the postal delivery. In at least the last month I have received no mail of any kind including first class mail. I want to know why mail delivery has stopped at my address and what has happened to my mail and why.
