Concern Regarding Late Mail Delivery on North Breed Street, Boyle Heights To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my concern about the late mail delivery service on North Breed Street in Boyle Heights. Our mail is being delivered between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM, which is both inconvenient and unsafe. This timing falls well outside standard operating hours, unlike in other neighborhoods where mail is delivered earlier in the day. The current situation presents significant challenges, particularly for my elderly mother, who cannot safely retrieve mail after dark. I respectfully ask that this matter be investigated and corrected to ensure mail is delivered at a reasonable time during daylight hours. Could you please advise me on the appropriate person or department to contact to ensure timely action is taken to resolve this issue? Thank you for your attention to this matter.
