A UPS package was delivered to my address today by the USPS from the Laguna Hills Post Office. The package was damaged, but fortunately the contents were intact. The problem, however, is that the package was left in front of my garage door just a few feet from the street in plain view. The tracking information indicated that it was "Delivered: Front Door/Porch". My front door is around the side at the top of the stairs, which is where every other package I've ever received has been delivered besides those left in a locked box at the mailboxes. Anyone walking by could have seen the package by my garage and taken it. My front door, where the package was supposedly delivered and where it should have been left, is out of sight and safe.
