The Mail Carriers in the Imperial Beach delivery area have been substandard on average, since the move/merge to Chula Vista. They routinely deliver the mail to the wrong address. A small survey of neighbors corroborates this complaint. While the Post Office itself is outstanding and delivers excellent service, the mail carriers could use some training in quality assurance, or at minimum training in the verification (i.e. read) of the address and addressee before placing in the mail box. The Five Star is for the Post Office (so you don't have ammo to shutter the IB PO)- The Mail Carriers (in General) are subpar and require training in upholding USPS standards.
