Hello, I would like to ask you that you train your mail delivery people to drop the mail to the right mail box. During the last week we received to letters addressed to the different addresses. Our street address is 7424 Hespera Way, but we received letters one for 7448 Hespera Way and the other to 6612 Hespera Way. Instead, one of the residents of our neighborhood brought us our letter delivered to his mail box. I am going to bring those letters to the post office to deliver them to the rights residents. Some mail might have important information and personal information containing HIPAA information and bank account information and we do not want this type of information was released to the random people you cannot trust. good day, i have noticed a few times that during mail delivery days my mail is not picked up from my mail box (outgoing)--i always place mail to be sent out in a visible manner prior to 10 AM. i thought maybe there were no mail carriers working my street that day...this happens infrequently, but i recall it has happened more than one ocassion. today i observed the mail carrier walk right by my house and not even look to see if i had any outgoing mail...i did and it was out since 10 AM and at after 3 PM they had no mail to deliver and did not bother to take my letters. with the cost of postage these days, we should expect better service. sorry to have to report this, but sometimes i need these letters mailed when i put them out and not just when the carrier has to drop something off. very disappointed! i gave this carrier an additional hour or so to swing back around just in case...did not happen.
