One customer comment for you to consider. I regularly use the lockable Drop Box you have installed in the Drive-Thru off 3rd Ave. Assume it is intended to be available daily during normal business hours. The problem is ---- many times I want to drop mail off there and the Red Cover is still locked on with the padlock. This morning was the third day in a row I went by after 9AM and it was still locked. That means the customer has to go around the block and deal with the terrible congestion in the Parking Lot - even if they want to only drop off mail. Would appreciate if you could ensure the Drive-Thru Drop Box is unlocked every business day during normal working hours. Thank You.
