I filled out on line a request to hold my mail while I was on vacation. When I returned there was a blue card above my mailbox saying "Vacation Hold" and on the bottom saying "Do Not Deliver This Card". I called your post office five (5) times to see if my mail was going to be delivered, as I requested, and each time, except for once when someone did answer and then promptly hung up!!!!! So I called back again and it rang and rang and rang and rang and rang... for three minutes, then disconnected. What kind of railroad are you running down there?? My confirmation # is: CAH507359638. I would like an answer please!! Will my mail be delivered to me as I requested or do I have to make a trip to the Auburn Post Office and no doubt cause a scene??? Oh and rating you...-0- stars!!!!!
