Unable to drive or walk down to mailboxes in neighborhood. Have had the same post office box for 20 years . Sent someone to pay box fee. Was charged 25 dollars extra for a 29 dollar fee. Was 13 days late per usps person. Unable to get anyone at alma ar usps to answer the phone. Keeps ringing and then hanging up. Hours say close at 4:45. It is now 4:14 pm. Will therefore close box and not use usps for services any longer. Will change everything to online. By the way I called 4 times. Last time it was 4:18 pm.

Paid po box fee late and got charged 25 dollars. Never had this happen bwfore in all the years I have used it. Is this something new ? I am unable to drive and rely on someone else to get my mail or mail stuff for me. If you are now charging late fees I will get rid of my box and start using online for everything I can and my home address for the rest.
