On saturday, 08/03/2024 I sent a priority mailed letter to Citi Card PO Box 790057 Saint Louis, MO 63179-0057 The priority envelop has still to be received! How can that be? My mail for 25427 goes to H-burg. I WANT TO KNOW WHERE HARRISBURG MAIL TO ST. LOUIS IS SENT NEXT. Called your office at let it ring for 11 minutes no one picked up! I will be at your counter promptly at 8:30am.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and location. Can't speak on mail delivery or Amazon packages (why send that to the post office rather than your doorstep or the collection box at Weis??). I'm Courthouse Sq on a monthly basis; more frequently during my divorce. I've seen a lot of ppl in and out of here. I listened to staff make suggestions for copying at UPS across the way or cheaper shipping alternatives ... they even told me if I remove a metal clip, my large envelope would be cheaper. I'm considering moving my pobox from 21203 to here but it's hard to let the city go. They do their job & do it perfectly! 5+ stars
