We moved from 624 Poplar Fork Road, Hurricane, WV 25526 on 11-6-2022 Forwarding address is: 5748 Grackle Lane, Westerville, OH 43081 We continue to get mail delivered to the Hurricane address. 5 pieces of mail was delivered to Hurricane address on Saturday 2-18-2023.. 3 pieces were first class mail with stamps on them. I understand some mail will not be forwarded, but shouldn't first class be forwarded? I have tried to call the post office but no one answers the phone. What can be done to keep this from occuring? Can this mail be returned to the post office...for them to forward to us?
