The mail carrier that delivers our mail does not shut the door on our mailbox securely. Causing it to fall open and our mail gets exposed to the elements. We get wet mail and snowy mail. I can't even be certain our mail has not blown away. It's become such a problem that I put a note on the inside of the mailbox reminding the mail carrier to "please close the door securely". It has not helped.
