This am I stopped at the post office in Minocqua to fill out a stop mail for current use. While there the employee never addressed me or turned around to ask if she could help. I ask for help and that is when she preceded to be very nasty. Not turning around to address me directly but when I ask the question about a hold mail coming up in February that would be a little longer than the 30 days is when she got down right nasty. I read where mail is only held for 30 days but was hoping for a little wiggle room. We are leaving Minocqua on Feb 2 and would not be returning until March 11, 2024. She would not try to resolve this with me. Simply stating 30 days, I live in a very rural area and have no neighbors in the winter. She said I would have to make arrangements to have someone pick up the mail or have it forwarded. We will be getting off a ship in Miami and driving to northern Wisconsin. I don't believe it is possible for either to work. Final comment from her figure it OUT! This kind of customer service is unexceptable especially from a goverment employee who works for US! I am sure if I were to speak to our carrier directly she would have no problem with holding for those days in question. If you could address both her deamor and attitude to me also helping me solve the issue of mail delivery it would be very much appreciated. Thank You
