I'm having trouble with my mail getting to the recipients on time. It's causing problems with my bill payments. One example is I mailed from my apartment on June 10 a bill going to another Madison address and it hasn't been received as of June 16th. There have been other instances in which I've had to pay extra for registered mail so I don't loose service only to have the original check mailed the MONTH BEFORE to suddenly show up days later. Why? I know that this may have to do with the management of the Post Office at large and is not your fault per se but can something be done about this? The past few years the service has gone downhill.
