Hello I am wondering why mail is NOT picked up in a mailbox on the street (Betzer road) when there are letters to be picked up and the flag is up. I live at G and my neighbor is F. Our boxes are side by side in a row of 8 mailboxes for our building. We both had our flags up this morning at 7:20AM. Her mail was picked up today. Mine was NOT! Gasp!
