Multiple problematic experiences at Columbus WI location extending over a month. I was invited to stay at a friend's home in Columbus for a few months due to some health issues. When I went to the local office to have my mail forwarded, a female employee claiming to be the postmaster refused to do so unless I produced a lease. When if I asked if this was standard policy requiring anyone moving to Columbus to produce leases she wouldn't answer my question. When I came back with a letter from the homeowners I felt her response constituted harassment. Following that incedent, I filed a formal complaint with the U.S. Postal Service. In the meantime, critical mail that included legal documents were returned to the sender.
