The office hours are not kept in accordance with the posted hours. I just called at 3:57pm only to be told by the recording that the office is closed even though they are posted to be open until 4:15 pm. This has happened more than once. I had a pickup for them scheduled for today and it was not made. Here is the USPS posting of the pickup. Confirmation number Pickup Date EMC735514358 06/29/2026 It is now 4:10pm and when we checked our mail box there was one piece of junk mail which indicated the carrier has been here and gone. Now I have to reschedule. This kind of service is terrible and the excuse will be the same - route driver will say there was not a pickup notification and the office will shrug it off and it must have got misplaced. In the meantime, can you say customer no service?
