Trying to report a mailbox that was left open or had been pried open. it would be nice if someone would answer the phone. used the number above 6 times, no answer. Used another number 4 times, no answer. from the reviews below, the post office does not seem to care.

I attempted to give USPS additional information to help with the processing of certified mail to the Social Security Administration. I called Selah PO and no answer. I called the customer service line and finally got a live person who apparently, could only answer off of a script. She gave me the Selah PO phone number which is the phone number they do not answer. I called Yakima Central office and they do not answer their phone either. Absolutely a waste of my time trying to be helpful.

Dear Ma'am/Sir; We live on Estes Rd in the county and there hasn't been mail delivery for most of this week. My husband has a business letter he is waiting for, and our USPS Delivery Tracker says it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Would you be able to tell me how we are to receive our mail? I called numerous times to ask a postal worker but there is no answer at the Post Office.
