Office rarely answers the phone on the first 10 calls. When they answer the automated response takes about a minute to get to the option to reach someone and then the phone just rings until it disconnects. Don’t wait just press 0 and keep calling. Delivery people clearly are not literate. Packages routinely get delivered to the wrong address.

It is 12:20 p.m. February 8, 2023. Ken, who had been a terrible postal worker from day one, walked by on this sunny day, looked right over at my house and then proceeded to keep walking. I had two pieces of mail out and I put them at the edge as he has requested in the past. This man is the laziest worker I have ever encountered. I have submitted complaints in the two years he's been delivering mail and they are never really resolved. I cannot wait until he is moved to another route or moved on altogether. It does not matter than in fine print they are not required to pick up the mail if they have nothing to drop off. Just check anyway as you walk by for outgoing mail. We are senior citizens!

Our postal carriers continue to leave PACKAGES on the ground at the bottom of our driveway (on the county road). We live in rural Spokane and the mailbox is not close to the house at all. Anyone driving by can grab the packages. We used to get them up the driveway and closer to the house. Is this even legal?

Mail delivery is not consistent. I am going a week or more without delivery. I have to call the 800 number because no one answers the phone at the local office. I am told that Holiday's, amazon ect are causing back ups. I can kind of understand, but I see the letter carrier everyday at my business partners house, every morning without fail. Why does his neighborhood get regular mail and mine does not. Seems to me that the neighborhoods that get regular mail could stand to have that carrier pulled off a route for a day to at least deliver to the rest of us once or twice a week.
