Pasco Post Office

om 10/14/23 i dropped a couple of packages in the drop box in the Kennewick post office as it was a Saturday and are not open ,. A few days later I realized one of the packages was UPS so attempted to call AND COULD HET NO ONE SO WENT TO THE KENNWICK POST OFFICE AND EXPLAINED THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT DO THE BOX ON sATURDAYS AS THEY ARE CLOSED, pASCO COMES ANFD PICKS IRT UP. i WENT TO THE PASCO POST OFFICE ON cOURT STREET AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AND WAS TOLD, WE DONT THATS THIER RESPONSABILITY SO FIGURED i COIULD FIND A NUMBER TO SPEAK WITH DOMEONE ONLINE BUT NO SO WENT BACK TO KENNEWICK AND RELAYD WHAT RTHEY SAID AND WAS TOLKD WE DONT HAVE ANYOME HERE ON SATURDAYS TO EMPTY THE BOX WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY SO ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO CALL TO SPEAK WITH SDIOMEWONE AT THE PACO LOCATION AS NO NUMBERS IG ET WILL LET ME SPEAK TO A REP WEITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER AND THE PROMPT I FOUND that might have allowed that did not it just went to a recorded message stating i had reached them after hours told me the hours and it was wrong time was 11;`18 on Saturday 10/20/23 so im starting to get frustrated and have vto drive back to Pasco and Speak with some one again, thery said yes we pick up from Kennewick on Saturdays so i asked what do you do with UPS packages when you find them and she said we just take it to Spokane so asked why would you see parcels that were in your box by mistake and take them to Spokane and i asked you do t scan them anywhere you just take the from Kennewick unscanned directly to Spokane not knowing or making a record if what and where she said yes that what w do so i have been selling online for 22 years and ship close to 1000 packages a year and i know the thigs i am being told as facts are not true i have dropped a ups in the box i Kennewick years ago 2 days later its scanned it at UPS and someone at the Kennewick store said it happens all the time so we set them aside for UPS to pick up every other day or so.So wanting to verify the fact that Pasco does i LOOLKED AT THEVTYRACKING OF THE USPS PACKAGE I DROPPED IN THE BOX WITH MY ups AND IT WAS SCANNED IN , time WITH THE TIME ANDSE LOCATION OF K,ENNEWICK,.. mY ups PACKAge has not been seen by anyone, no one will even tell me he truth at the Pasco locatiomn, the persdon thast picked up the kennewicdk drop box on `10/14/23, the post office from one city does not go to another city pick up mail and delivers it to another city withoutscanning andf ifv the employees at pasco domnt kbnoe that i wiould noyu beleive it the pacvkaGEC WAas eith deliberatly thrown away or taked whgen iot weas disciovereds vto be uos ansd possibly thats wjy they arw twllinmg me vthey donrt pick thodwe uop and oph wre dobut dpont scan them . If they arte cscasnned utomaticly wiuld youi scanner have recors of kicking s packae oiut brecause it had no usps tracvklinhg number i am so frustrayted that I wiull contaxctinfg more usps fol;ks about this as sdoon as ui calm down ewnopugh to tytp;e !!
