Tried to report faulty lock by phone in a timely manner. It is located in Cyrene HOA (Cyrene delivery box 98502 ) as package Box D01 . I could not get the key to turn all the way. After calling a neighbor, he was able to get the key to turn, but he had to try several times. There have been problems with this lock before, and it likely needs to be replaced. Very disappointed I could not leave a voice mail when I went through all the prompts and was unable to get connected to a human.
